🇬🇧 Self-taught, he approached art through writing, following and photographing part of this movement in Rome during its peak years, from 1997 to around 2015.
During this period, Andrea took over 15,000 photos using all kinds of disposable and compact cameras (including Advantix for a long time).

In 2006, he began painting on canvas using acrylics mixed with markers, reproducing details from his photographs in dreamlike settings, without ever abandoning his passion for photography and ballpoint pen (Bic) drawing—a passion that, the following year, would lead him to begin his current career as a tattoo artist.

In 2008, he collaborated with Ceres for the first edition of “Ceres 4 Art” and later saw his artwork featured on the bottles distributed for the “Ceres Art Edition 2009”. This led to live painting performances at various Ceres-sponsored events in 2010.

Since 2018, he has merged his early urban photography with current trends and lifestyles, starting a parallel path between graffiti and fashion—photographing alternative models of all kinds in the most iconic locations of Rome’s underground scene.

In 2020, he began collaborating with the independent publishing house “Club 27”, with whom he has published several significant projects to this day. That same year, he also returned to painting more frequently on canvas, mixing elements from his different visual periods and the subjects/styles he developed throughout his artistic journey.

In recent years, Andrea’s photos have been featured in most major national and international publications on the history of Rome’s writing scene. He continues to tattoo, paint, and photograph.

🇮🇹 Autodidatta, si avvicina all’ arte attraverso il writing, seguendo e fotografando parte di questo movimento a Roma nell’ era della sua massima espansione, ossia dal 1997 a circa il 2015. In questo periodo Andrea scatta più di 15000 foto con macchinette usa e getta e compatte di ogni tipo (anche advantix per un lungo periodo).

Nel 2006 inizia a dipingere su tela con colori acrilici misti a markers, riproducendo dettagli delle sue foto in scenari onirici, senza però tralasciare la passione per la fotografia e per il disegno a penna a sfera(bic) , che lo porterà poi , il successivo anno, ad intraprendere la attuale carriera da tatuatore.

Nel 2008 collabora con Ceres per la prima edizione della “Ceres 4 art” e vede la sua opera raffigurata poi sulle bottiglie in distribuzione per la “Ceres art edition 2009” che lo porterà poi nel 2010 a dipingere live painting per vari eventi live sempre di Ceres.

Dal 2018 unisce la fotografia più “urban” del passato alle nuove tendenze e stili di vita del momento, iniziando un percorso parallelo tra graffiti e moda; cioè ritraendo modelle alternative di ogni genere nelle location più culto della vera scena underground Romana.

Nel 2020 collabora con l editoria indipendente “Club 27” con la quale pubblica alcuni progetti rilevanti da lì a tuttora; e sempre nel 2020 ricomincia a dipingere più frequentemente su tela, mischiando i suoi vari periodi di raffigurazione grafica e soggetti/stili usati da Andrea stesso nel proprio percorso artistico.

Negli ultimi anni Andrea vede richiesti i suoi scatti per la maggior parte delle pubblicazioni nazionali ed internazionali inerenti alla storia del writing di Roma, continua a tatuare, dipingere e fotografare.
