Zurik

🇬🇧 Currently residing in Barcelona, ​​Zurik, began painting on the street as a self-taught artist in her native Bogotá, Colombia in 2009 while studying Graphic Design. From the beginning her work focused on the construction of pieces with an organic and geometric style without losing sight of the structure of the letters, which is in principle the strongest characteristic within Graffiti Writing and one of her greatest interests.

Her work has taken her to several countries, starting in Ecuador, Mexico, the United States, Australia, among others and finally establishing a permanent residence in Europe where she has found a solid base to continue evolving over the years, adding figurative elements and exploring other formats.

🇮🇹 Attualmente residente a Barcellona, Zurik ha iniziato a dipingere per strada come artista autodidatta nella sua città natale, Bogotá, in Colombia, nel 2009, mentre studiava Graphic Design. Fin dall’inizio, il suo lavoro si è concentrato sulla costruzione di opere dallo stile organico e geometrico, senza mai perdere di vista la struttura delle lettere, che rappresenta il tratto distintivo del Graffiti Writing e uno dei suoi interessi principali.

Il suo percorso artistico l’ha portata in diversi Paesi, a partire da Ecuador, Messico, Stati Uniti, Australia e altri ancora, fino a stabilirsi definitivamente in Europa, dove ha trovato una base solida per continuare ad evolversi negli anni, aggiungendo elementi figurativi ed esplorando nuovi formati.
